• Yes. Our salmon are harvested directly from the cold, pristine waters of Bristol Bay, Alaska using sustainable gill-net fishing methods, never farmed. Free from all contaminants that come from farmed practices, our salmon are free, wild, and fresh.

  • Wild-caught salmon live and feed in their natural ocean environment, resulting in leaner flesh, richer flavor, and higher levels of beneficial omega-3s. Farmed salmon are raised in controlled pens, often with artificial diets and higher fat content. Wild salmon are free of antibiotics and additives, while farmed varieties may carry contaminants linked to industrial feed and crowded conditions.

  • Each catch is immediately handled by federally inspected processors, flash-frozen within hours to lock in freshness, texture, and nutrients.

  • Both! When it comes to wild-caught salmon, flash-freezing is the best way to keep the meat fresh.
